Very clean store. Although they offer coupons, which is a plus.. the prices are higher then other whole sale stores. Unless you're planning ahead & buying things offered in the coupon book, I'd have to pass coming here.

The were no wagons available at the front entrance. There were only three cashiers open with long lines and half of the self check out registers were closed. What a horrible shopping experience.
It was good. Except don't like every package I have probed through. It's a turn off.when you leave store.
Went to.BJ'S in Bellport NY to fill propane gas tanks. At the register I was charged $15.99. When I told the cashier the sign said $13.99. She said it was a mistake and they had an increase. When I went over to the tire area where the tanks are filled there was no one there to serve me
I like BJ's but they hsve a bad habit of having items advertised in the booklet they send you but when you get to the club they don't have the item. Also put different dates on coupons some start later others expire earlier.
I put the empty tanks back in my car drove back over to the warehouse. Only to be told - no one would be there until after 4:00pm. It was now about 1:00. So then the person at customer service said I should have been charged $13.99. I got a refund and drove back to Montauk NY. With my empty tanks. How can a tire center not have service for a whole after noon? On a Friday.
